On is not just another sports brand, but bases the design of its shoes, clothing and accessories on the philosophy of movement as a means of sparking inspiration. It all started in the backyard of veteran athlete Olivier Bernhard who, wanting to renew his running experience, began experimenting by gluing pieces of watering rubber to the outsole of his prototype model, an innovation that was taken up in 2010 by Caspar Coppetti & David Allemann, officially founding On.
