Shopping at Sneaker10 is very easy. Just follow these steps:

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).

Delivery will take between 1 and 4 working days after dispatch. Items are usually delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm. A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.

How do I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is by taking it to one of our stores, as long as the store is in the same country in which the purchase was made and has the section to which the product belongs – woman, man, kids. Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt. For store locations near you, please visit our store locator. Underwear items cannot be returned. If you are not able to visit a local Cosmos store, you can send the product back with your responsibility and charge.

All exchanges must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.
