Sneaker10 returning policy is to accept back any product within 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery (as is evident from the letter of the General Postal waybill or any carrier used).

Sneaker10 takes on the responsibility for shipping incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product.

You can call us on 801 200 8818 to inform us if you want to replace a product or in case you have any complaints about our products and our services.

 Sneaker10 in order to ensure a smooth and safe purchasing of a product from the buyer, is able to accept the return of it and to replace it with an another of the same or a different size if it is available.

Returns will be accepted if:

  • The product is in a condition that can be resold (with tags of the manufacturer, without damage, soiling, etc.)
  • The product is not "personalized" (not a printed name and / or number, not fitted badge, etc.)
  • The product was on offer at the time of purchase.
  • The product is not underwear.

If the product complies with the criteria above, please feel free to send back to us for replacement or refund. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept returns.
