TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GoX PROGRAM
1. General Information
1.1. The GoX customer rewards program (hereinafter the “Program”) is organized and provided in Greece by the company under the name “KOSMOS SPOR Anonymous Commercial, Hotel and Tourism Company” and the distinctive title “KOSMOS SPOR S.A.”, headquartered in Heraklion, Crete, at 62 Martyron Avenue no. 148, P.C. 71304, VAT no. 094259148 and G.E.MI. no. 077109427000 (hereinafter the “Company”, “CosmosSport”, “we” or “us”). The Company operates stores under the CosmosSport/ Sneaker10/ Rundome/ Slamdunk brands in Greece.
1.2. By registering and/or participating in the Program, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as applicable from time to time.
1.3. These Terms govern exclusively your participation in the rewards Program and do not replace nor limit the other terms of use of the website, purchase terms, return policy or privacy policy, which apply in parallel, as appropriate.
2. What GoX Is
2.1. GoX is a customer rewards program through which participants can collect reward units named GoX from purchases and/or promotional activities and redeem them in future purchases, according to these Terms.
2.2. GoX constitutes a non‑monetary reward benefit. It is a discount-type reward for redemption in future purchases. It does not constitute electronic money, a bank deposit, a credit balance with withdrawal capability, or any independent monetary claim against the Company.
2.3. The Program is available through channels designated by the Company, such as the Greek website https://www.sneaker10.gr/en/ (Sneaker10 Greece), the customer account and/or physical stores participating in the Program.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Eligible to participate in the Program are natural persons who have reached 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. For natural persons who have reached 16 years of age, parental consent must be obtained, under the responsibility and care of the natural person.
3.2. Participation is personal, free of charge, and intended exclusively for private/consumer use. Participation for resale, professional exploitation or abuse of the Program is not permitted.
3.3. The Company may refuse registration, suspend or delete a participant’s account if it identifies a violation of these Terms, provision of false information, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or use of the Program contrary to the law.
4. Registration and Account
4.1. Participation in the Program requires the creation or maintenance of an active customer account and the provision of the information requested during registration.
4.2. The participant must provide accurate, truthful & updated information and notify the Company of any changes.
4.3. The participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity occurring through their account, unless they prove that it is due to reasons outside their sphere of responsibility.
5. GoX Cashback Accrual
5.1. GoX cashback is awarded on product purchases and/or special promotional activities designated by the Company.
5.2. The Company determines each time:
• the percentage or method of calculating GoX cashback,
• the product or transaction categories excluded,
• the time at which GoX cashback becomes available for use,
• any specific limitation or condition associated with a particular activity.
5.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoX cashback:
• is not awarded on shipping costs, gift packaging or other additional charges,
• is not awarded on gift cards or other product/service categories the Company may exclude,
• is not awarded on transactions that are cancelled, not completed or considered suspicious for fraud or abuse.
5.4. In case of full or partial product returns, purchase cancellation or refund, the Company is entitled to deduct the corresponding GoX cashback awarded and/or used for that purchase. If the related GoX cashback has already been redeemed, the Company may offset the corresponding amount from future GoX cashback and/or deduct it from any refund.
6. Redemption of GoX Cashback
6.1. Available GoX cashback may be redeemed exclusively in eligible future purchases from participating sales channels once 14 calendar days have passed from the purchase, and up to 90% of the purchase value, according to the terms applicable at the time of redemption.
6.2. The Company may set:
• minimum purchase amount for redemption,
• maximum GoX cashback per transaction, set at €100. Any remaining GoX cashback may be redeemed in a subsequent transaction,
• excluded product categories,
• time limitations or other reasonable usage conditions.
6.3. GoX cashback:
• is not exchangeable for cash,
• is not payable in case of account cancellation or Program termination, unless expressly provided otherwise,
• is not transferable, not sold and not assigned to third parties.
7. Validity Period of GoX Cashback
7.1. Unless otherwise specified at the time of accrual, GoX cashback is valid for six (6) months from the date it becomes available for use. After 6 months, GoX cashback expires.
7.2. After the above period, unused GoX cashback automatically expires and is deleted, without any obligation for compensation or monetary payment by the Company.
7.3. The Company may, at its sole discretion, extend the validity of GoX cashback for specific activities or member categories, provided this is explicitly announced.
8. Promotional Activities, Bonuses and Contests
8.1. The Company may organize special promotional activities, bonus multipliers, boosts, contests, raffles or other campaigns within the Program.
8.2. Each such activity may be governed by special terms, which will be published as appropriate and will prevail over these general terms only regarding the specific subject they regulate.
9. Prohibited Use – Abuse
9.1. Any use of the Program contrary to good faith, its purpose or the law is prohibited, including indicatively:
• creation of multiple accounts for the same person to unfairly obtain benefits,
• use of automated means, scripts, bots or technical interventions,
• submission of false or misleading information,
• commercial distribution, resale or exchange of GoX cashback or Program benefits,
• abusive product returns or manipulation of promotional activities.
9.2. In case of suspicion or identification of fraud, abusive practice, violation of these Terms or illegal use, the Company may:
• temporarily suspend or terminate participation,
• cancel GoX cashback awarded and/or redeemed,
• refuse granting Program benefits,
• take any other lawful measure to protect its interests.
10. Modification or Termination of the Program
10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms, the Program features, the method of calculating or redeeming GoX cashback, eligible purchases and/or any other operational element of the Program, for significant commercial, technical, operational or legal reasons.
10.2. Any substantial modification will be communicated appropriately through the website and/or the member’s account before taking effect, unless immediate application is required for regulatory compliance, security or fraud prevention.
10.3. The Company may suspend or permanently terminate the Program. In case of permanent termination, reasonable effort will be made to provide prior notice and, where feasible, a reasonable period for using non‑expired GoX cashback.
10.4. Continued participation in the Program after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Withdrawal from the Program
11.1. The participant may withdraw from the Program at any time by submitting a relevant request through the available customer service channels.
11.2. Upon withdrawal or deletion from the Program, any available and unused GoX cashback is deleted, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by applicable law.
12. Personal Data
12.1. The Company processes the personal data of Program participants in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Greek and EU legislation on personal data protection. The principles of transparency, information and exercise of rights are established in Articles 12 and 13 of the GDPR, while the Hellenic Data Protection Authority explicitly refers to this framework.
12.2. The data necessary for participation and operation of the Program are used for:
• creation and management of the member account,
• awarding and redeeming GoX cashback,
• customer service and complaint management,
• fraud prevention and Program security,
• compliance with the Company’s legal obligations.
12.3. Where required by law, the Company will request separate consent for commercial communication or other processing not necessary for Program execution.
12.4. For more information regarding data processing, data categories, legal bases, recipients, retention period and your rights, please refer to the Company’s Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliated persons, employees, partners or agents shall not be liable to the participant for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including indicatively loss of profits, loss of opportunities, loss of data or loss of expected benefits, arising from or related to:
• participation or inability to participate in the Program,
• use or inability to use GoX cashback,
• temporary or permanent suspension or modification of the Program,
• technical malfunctions, system errors or service interruptions.
13.2. The Company is not liable for damages caused by:
• force majeure incidents,
• acts or omissions of third‑party providers (e.g., telecom providers, internet providers),
• unauthorized use of the participant’s account, provided it is not due to the Company’s fault.
13.3. The participant bears exclusive responsibility for the use of their account and safeguarding their access credentials.
13.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company’s liability:
• for damages caused by intent or gross negligence,
• for death or personal injury caused by its act or omission,
• for liability arising from mandatory legal provisions.
13.5. These Terms do not affect nor limit consumer rights provided by applicable Greek and EU consumer protection legislation, including provisions on general transaction terms and unfair commercial practices.

14.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to review each request within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
15.1. These Terms are governed by Greek law.
15.2. For any dispute arising from or related to the Program, competent courts are those of the consumer’s residence or domicile, where required by mandatory legal provisions, otherwise the competent courts of Athens.
16. Final Provisions
16.1. If any term is deemed invalid, voidable or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms is not affected.
16.2. Any tolerance by the Company of a term violation does not constitute a waiver of its related right.
16.3. These Terms constitute the full text governing participation in the Program, except for any special terms published for specific activities.
