The New Balance company was founded in 1906 by the British William J. Riley as the "New Balance Arch Support Company". Until 1950, athletes requested custom made designs with the signature of New Balance, while in 1960, the first running shoe "Trackster" became known, which had left its own history. Jim Davis a Greek American in 1972 who was one of the largest manufacturers of athletic shoes bought the company on the day of the Boston Marathon. After 4 years New Balance became known worldwide with about 320 collectible shoe designs where they were first place claiming many awards in every New Release Running Magazine. Six years later Anne his wife, started to develop the culture of New Balance, creating a pleasant work environment and customer. At the beginning of the 80's it did not take long to enter the list of top Brands. Product lines began to feature more technologies and construction materials. In 2015, a contract was signed with the Liverpool team, leading the company to enter into partnerships with both athletes and lifestyle influencers. Many collections are known and loved such as New Balance 574, New Balance 997 & 997H and New Balance 373, 327 and many more that are gaining the love of the world.
