When choosing delivery method BOX NOW Locker, you will receive a text message with a 6-digit PIN once your parcel is at the selected BOX NOW Locker. You then have 48 hours to go to the locker, type that PIN to the locker's keypad and a door will open so you can collect your parcel.

No, we offer delivery to BOX NOW lockers completely free!

Yes you can! Before completing the order and when choosing the payment method, choose Cash on delivery. As soon as your order arrives at the locker, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with a link to pay for your order in a secure banking environment. You can pay the amount via credit or debit card at any time you want, even when you are in the locker area. Upon payment, the PIN code is activated immediately and you can enter it in the locker to open the safe and receive your order.

Now you can return your package to the nearest Box Now Locker, 24/7! Start by filling out your return request online and selecting the one that's convenient for you. Then choose the locker closest to you and the appropriate size of returned package. Complete your request so that you can immediately receive the BoxNow voucher that will accompany your returned package.
Once you have printed and stuck the voucher onto your package, all you have to do now is visit the locker you have chosen, enter the unique code you will find on the voucher (and in our message) to open your locker. Once you have placed the package in the locker, your return is ready to travel to our facility. You will receive a message from us about its progress once it has been received and processed.

Due to size restrictions, some products such as exercise equipment, bicycles, etc. are not available for locker pickup.
