I was given a gift and I want to return it, what should I do?
Visit your nearest Sneaker10 or Cosmos Sport store with the change card with you. If you do not have a store in your town yet, please contact our customer service department. The products should be in their original condition. Underwear, as well as socks, are not returned for hygienic reasons.



Can I return a product to a Cosmos Sport store?
Of course, just go to your nearest Sneaker10 or Cosmos Sport store.
The products should be in their original condition and you will be asked for the corresponding purchase receipt.
Underwear, face masks as well as socks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.


If I cannot visit a store how can I make a refund?
You should follow the steps in the return instructions form in the envelope accompanying your order.

How do I return the products back to your company?
From Greece: Call or go to your nearest of 250+ Geniki Taxydromiki Post Office and send the parcel at our own cost to the following address: Sneaker10.gr, Gama street, Industrial Area (VI.PE.), Heraklion, Crete, ZIP Code 71408, Telephone: 2811-808888.

In the case of shipment with another courier company, the costs are borne by the sender.
From abroad: Refund can be made by sending a debit, with any shipping company you wish, at the buyer's expense. Pack the product appropriately together with a copy of the purchase receipt and return it to Sneaker10.gr, Gama street, Industrial Area (VI.PE.), Heraklion, Crete, ZIP Code 71408, Phone: 2811-808888. Οnce your return is approved we shall reimburse all payments received including the costs of delivery for orders delivered to EU locations, as long as the entire order is returned, provided that we are informed of your intention within 14 days from when you received your parcel and as long as your returned item gets back to us not later than 14 days form the day on which you have communicated your decision to return it.
For all other international orders we shall only reimburse the cost of the returned product.
We recommend you choose a company that allows you to track the progress of your parcel.

 

Can I return just part of my order?
Of course, just fill in the product return form that you have received with your order.
Returns will not be accepted without the form completed.

 

How much time do I have to return a product?
All product returns are accepted within 30 days of the date on the purchase receipt.


How can I choose another product?
• Just come to your nearest Sneaker10 or Cosmos Sport store.
• If you do not have this option and wish to be delivered to your place or picked up from your nearest 250+ Geniki Taxydromiki Post office then select a "return coupon" and properly pack the product to be returned along with the completed return form. Call it or go to your nearest 250+ General Post Office and send the package at our own charge to: Sneaker10.gr, Gama street, Industrial Area (VI.PE.), Heraklion, Crete, ZIP Code 71408, Telephone: 2811-808888. Once we receive your parcel and your refund is approved, you will receive your return coupon via email and / or sms, which will be redeemed on your next order.

• If a return coupon is issued and it concerns a site order, in the redemption for the next purchase, the same e-mail should be used with the original order. If it is given to friends or family then you need to get in touch with us to make a phone order or change the e-mail that is attached to the coupon.

• If a purchase right is issued by a store that has gone to return the product, it is a condition if it is not a site order to be given to the e-mail box in order to lock exclusively to its owner.

How can I change the size?

• Just come to your nearest Sneaker10 or Cosmos Sport store.
• If you do not have this option and wish to be delivered to your place or picked up from your nearest 250+ Geniki Taxydromiki Post Office, select “other size” in the product return form by filling in the right size in the text column. Pack the return product, set in the return form and call your nearest 250+ Geniki Taxydromiki Post Office store to pick up your parcel and send it off to: Sneaker10.gr, Gama street, Industrial Area (VI.PE.), Heraklion, Crete, ZIP Code 71408, Telephone: 2811-808888. Once we receive your parcel, we will send you your new size. In any other case, your refund will approved if the required size is no longer available and a representive will contact you directly to let you know and present you with alternatives.

How do I get the return coupon?
The return coupon is a code that you will receive via e-mail and / or sms when we receive the returned product and we approve its return.
• If an order is online, you will receive it via e-mail and / or sms.
• If the order was made by phone then the return coupon will come via sms to the mobile you have given us when you placed your order.


How do I use the return coupon?
• In the last step of the online order, you enter your coupon code in the special field and then click on "Cash Out".
• If the order is made by phone / via Facebook / Instagram / email / contact form then please inform our representative about the return coupon code you have received.

 

I had requested a return coupon and as soon as I received it, I changed my mind and wanted a refund. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service department to cancel your coupon and proceed with the refund process. Reimbursement is based on the method of payment:
• If you have paid by cash or by bank then the money is refunded by depositing in the bank account you will indicate.
• If you have paid by credit / debit card or PayPal then the money is returned in the corresponding way.


In the new order I will make using the return coupon will I charge shipping costs?
The new order will be registered with free shipping. You will find it immediately after the correct posting and the successful redeem of the return coupon.


Does the return coupon have an expiration date?
No! You can use it whenever you want.


Can I request a refund instead of a coupon?
There is this possibility, by completing the corresponding option in the product return form.
• If you pay by cash, fill in your account details in the corresponding fields in the product return form.


How do I get the money back?
Reimbursement is based on the method of payment:

• If you have paid by credit / debit card or PayPal then the money is returned in the corresponding way.


When will my money be returned?
We make every effort to return your money as quickly as possible and the process is completed within 2 working days of receipt of your parcel. In any case, we will notify you by sms once the process has been completed.
We emphasize that the appearance of the amount on the credit / debit card always depends on the issuing bank and usually takes 2-4 business days from receiving the sms for completing our actions.


Sneaker10.gr reserves the right to reject returns sent or notified after the return period or returns of items not in the same condition as when shipped from our premises or returns of products without the completed product return form and refunds of items (face masks, underwear & socks) that for hygienic reasons can not be returned to our warehouse.
